Joyce Martins Mendes has a degree in Computer Science (Unib), a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School (USP) in Digital Processing images and pattern recognition area; a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School (USP) in the area of Software Usability, Human Factors and Quality Engineering; Collaborative Study of Society and Technology Center; Currently working as a Coordinator Professor for the courses of Information Systems, Analysis and Systems of Development and Management of Information Technology.
