She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. She has experience in the area of Computer Engineering, with emphasis on Internet Governance. She works as a Technical Advisor to the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br) and Internet Governance lecturer at Anhembi Morumbi University and lecturer in specialization courses at Centro Universitário Senac. She is an assistant curator at the Geneva Internet Platform Digital Watch Observatory and member of the Program Committee of the Latin American and Caribbean Network Operators Group (LACNOG).
